How to: Print color formatting as black and white.
Solution:
Select 'Page Setup...' from the 'File' menu. Click the 'Sheet' tab from the 'Page Setup' dialog box and select the 'Black and White' check box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup...'. (The Page Setup dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Sheet' tab.
3) Select the 'Black and White' check box in the 'Print' group.

NOTE: This option prevents printing a color-formatted worksheet in color while keeping the color formatting visible on the screen. Select this option when printing on a black-and-white printer or when trying to reduce printing time when using a color printer.
4) Click 'OK'.
